Privacy Statement for Visitors to NFT’s Website
NFT will not disclose your private information to any third party except if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of NFT’s website users or the public. NFT takes all reasonable care in handling your personal information to ensure its security both offline and online.
You are free to browse transplants.org without submitting any personal information at all. Your current Internet address (IP) is stored in the server logs at the time of your visit, as it is on all web sites. We do not collect any personal information, such as a name, address or e-mail address, when you visit the site unless you register for a mailing list or make a donation.

Mailing List Registration
If you sign up for NFT’s mailing list you will have to supply an e-mail address and/or postal service mailing address. NFT does not sell or give away its mailing lists to any other organization, person or company.
On-line Donations
NFT insures the privacy and security of your personal information when making donations with us. We use a 128-bit encription Secured Socket Layer (SSL), provided by Thawte, which insures your information is safe. For added security, your credit card information is purged from our system as soon as your order is processed on our end. NFT will not sell or share your information with any other entity.
